Each one runs through:

- English proficiency
- A skills assessment for the role
- AI literacy
- Intelligence and motivation
- Recruiter interviews
Only the candidates who clear the full screen move forward.
Step three
The Shortlist
You see two. We bring you two candidates matched to the role, with their video, assessment results, and our notes. You interview both and choose.
Step four
The Guarantee
If none of the first four candidates fits, your next search is $1,000 off. We run the screening, so a miss is on us to fix.
